I just wanted to say that the gentleman that came to fix my garage door did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain things to me and then he did what needed to be done to get it going up and down again. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I recommended your company to my neighbor and will continue to do it again.

Chaney was my technician. Precision responded to my call and came out the next day before none. The worked with me on the price and even gave me a discount for being a veteran. Chaney even made a second trip out to program the my mirror link to open my door garage from SUV. Thank you!

Hello, My name is Louis Badami; Your company installed a new “GENIE” garage door opener yesterday (8/1/24) at my home (job # 90126481); I received an email from Carlos Morales, your company President, asking for any comments I might have reguardeing the installation porcess. I chose your Co. because your are local, same day appoinment availability, BBB accredited & Good recommendations. The installer, Manuel Planos did any Excellent Job on the installation. He was knowledgable, helpfull and friendly, he explained the operation of the unit to me. I have two issues, as follows; 1-He said I would NOT be charged a credit card fee, my invoice has an estimated financing fee of $30.15?? 2- I asked if there were any AARP, Senior, Military or other discounts that may apply? He Never replied to the question, nor is there a discount reflected on the paid in full invoice. PLEASE REMOVE THE FINANCING FEE AND APPLY ANY DISCOUNTS THAT MAY APPLY? I also left a message for Mr. Morales to return my call, Thank you!

Joshua did a great job today of diagnosing our garage door problems and provided us with a detailed explanation along with a reasonable price. We approved the work and he finished replacing the springs as well as various hardware. We are pleased with the work performed.

My husband & I are in the process of researching replacement overhead garage doors for a 30 year old home here in Timber Greens Association. The outstanding reputation of Precision Garage doors was one of the selected candidates for this decision. We were very impressed with the knowledge, honesty & congeniality of the designated Technician; Rebecca Fernandez had shown us. We are very grateful to her for all of her expertise in demonstrating the many facets of this decision for replacement the correct way. At present we are still researching & hopefully make a decision soon.
