Fast and Friendly service!!! I called today because my keypad wasn’t working and miraculously they had an opening. My service technician, Isak, was amazing. He was kind, courteous and so helpful. He deserves a five star rating. Thank you for your help.

I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. Today, however, was another story. The gentleman who arrived was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him all of 5 minutes to wipe off and align the sensors. Shame on me for calling them for this – I had no idea it was such a simple fix. My problem is he charged me $180!! I feel like I was taken advantage of and way overcharged! I will never use this company again.

Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.

We used your company a year or so ago when the spring broke on our garage door. When the motor on our opener failed us after a recent storm, we knew immediately that we would have your company repair or replace it. Alex did both repairs. He is a professional, personable young man. He is a very good representative of your company.
