As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon. So I called Precision door and by 7:30 pm that same Monday evening our garage door was repaired and working perfectly. ENOUGH SAID!!!!!! Thank You, Rick

Chad Pappas was an AWESOME!! Tech. He was on time, and his customer service was second to none. He took no time in completing a job that i thought would take much longer. Same day service. Precisión garage doors provides excellent service, including weekend and holidays. We have called them and they responded right away with a tech showing up at our door half an hour after placing the call for service. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs.

Domenic Carapellucci did a great job repairing and installing a new spring and ten rollers. Considering the workspace available, since my car was in the garage and the door could not be open. I was very happy with the quick response to my initial call for service. My garage door never operated as well as it does now. Thank You Precision
