Willow understood my emergency and sent a tech this afternoon. Beau was amazing and so professional. He explained every option so that I could make informed decisions. He completed the necessary work in a timely manner, and listed his recommendations for future work. I have been and still am a very satisfied customer.

I was quoted price of $100 per spring up to $360 per spring over the phone. When tech arrived said it would be $378 for basic spring or $478 for upgraded spring. This is quite a lot higher than quoted. The only reason I gave a star was because technician was polite when I said I didn’t want all the extras that they wanted to add on. Would not use this company again because of their onsite up pricing

Absolutely satisfied ! Was unable to find a garage door opener installer which we desperately needed. Went to Precision’s website, schedule the next day, Saturday, delivery at no extra cost. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install. Technician (Austin) was fantastic – showed up on tome, was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating, selected a unit and did the install all by himself. Very pleased and would recommend !

After a long trip home we were welcomed home with a broken spring on our garage door. We called the following morning and Aaron came out around noon the exact same day. Aaron was super polite and professional and kept us informed the entire time he was here. Really appreciate the great work and we would highly recommend!!
