Travis arrived promptly, and offered options for our garage door operation. He was clear and easily understood. He also spoke to my husband, and we decided it was best to install a new motor & accessories. Travis was courteous, and worked diligently to complete the job. We have used Precision a few times before & have always been satisfied.

Chris came out same day and got our opener fixed within 2 hours of me submitting the request online. These guys are the real deal and Chris specifically was awesome.

Those guys are great. I have multiple garage doors. I called them at the end of last week and they came in within two days and took care of the problem.

The service person that arrived was scheduled for 4-8. Yea! He called and said he’d be here around 3 pm. He really looked for the problem! He investigated the noise we had and tighted the springs and adjusted some other things. I had been told by another service person that we would HAVE to have a new door opener. The door is makes less noise when opening now!!!! Thanks to the servicer.
