My door was recently painted and was not operating smoothly. I called Precision and serviceman Josh was at my house within 2 hours. Josh spent an hour removing excess paint by hand and now the door operates smoothly.

The garage door would not open. I contacted Precision & it was same day service. The technician, Dylan, diagnosed the springs needed to be replaced. He finished in one hour. Dylan was nice, friendly, and professional. Thank you!

Garage door remote control were way overpriced! Didn’t realize I was paying $110 for a remote control! And I had to buy 2. You can get each for less than $20.

This was my first time dealing with Precision and although garage doors arent something you replace or fix often, i am happy that this is the company i went with. Andrew was really nice, thorough, and brought a wealth of knowledge to the conversation we had. Honestly, it was his personality and demeanor that made me choose them over the product itself.
