They came out to fix something then 2 hours later the door isn’t closing…. After they charge 1700 to fix something and then to have an issue 2 hours later is ridiculous.

Precision garage door employee told me it would be a four hour window they showed up 30 minutes later wow! The tech that came out to do the repairs was very thorough on everything he was doing and did,just a great experience! They did what they said they were going to do and everything works tremendously! It’s hard to find people and companies one can trust these days; so, I’m writing this review to let you know my experience with Precision. My garage door broke on a Saturday, and I was unable to raise the door to get my car out. I called expecting an appointment sometime this week, but they came out within a few hours. The technician, Phillip Hunter, was courteous and professional. He explained what happened, quoted me a price to fix it, and then made the repairs. Everything is operating properly, and I’m happy with the price. Good experience all around. Thank you.

Sam was sensational, professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and gave me the options to adjust or replace. Not ready to replace yet but when I do i will call for Sam. He had my garage door operating and much better in no time. THANKS SAM!!!

Called for service at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived at 4 pm, quoted suggested repairs and the implemented them (new rollers, cables, springs & bearings on a 24 year old door). Tech was excellent, listening to my observations, explaining what and why he recommended what he did and was extremely respectful of my home. Excellent service
