Phil Hunter was the technician that answered my call and solved the problem with my door. He adjusted the way the door closed as previous winds had caused the door to hydro flex and not go down. He advised me I would probably need a new door sooner or later but for now it works. He was very knowledgeable and polite and a pleasure to talk to.
