We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay. They are the best. If you need a new garage door or a door service, they are the only company that I would call. Precision Garage Door installed our garage door 11 years ago and we have not had any problems with it. When we needed information recently regarding our garage door to help us with our insurance rates, Michael Pannebaker, their garage door designer manager, came by our house and went out of his way to get us the information and the engineering specs that we needed at no charge. This is the kind of company that you want to do business with, and Michael Pannebaker is a great asset to his company.

I have a brand new garage door that all of a sudden would not open or close. Called for service. Girl told me someone would be out between 6pm to 9pm. Then I got a phone call that because I was a warranty customer they couldn’t come til the next morning. Why should a warranty person be decriminated against? Every morning I watch your ads that say same day service. I spent over 2,000 for my door. A screw with a bolt was found on garage floor. The tech said it had not been tightened during installation. Also your tag that was on my door, with your phone number , was too small to read the prefix. The tech gave me a new sticker on my elec. Box. He also showed me locks I could use if I pulled the door down with the red tag, to secure my door.

Our spring broke on a Saturday evening and I called Sunday morning for service. The service team arrived well within the estimated timeframe and they were professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable period of time and they explained everything about what they did to fix our issues with the door
