I just needed a garage check up to make sure springs were operating well. No problem with springs tech sprayed them, but he did notice garage door wasn’t flush to floor which allowed debris and water to enter the garage. He was able to replace old strip with a new one. He told me to keep an eye on the part that didn’t quite adhere to floor as of yet. Give it 2 weeks and if it still has a gap call Precision and the problem will be corrected. I was very satisfied with tech, he was very friendly, and answered my questions.

I called to have my garage serviced (lubricated, balanced, etc.) for preventative maintenance. I am a person who likes to maintain things instead of waiting for them to cause a problem. I’m glad I did because there were a few things that needed attention soon and I decided to go ahead and have them done. The service tech was super. He knew his stuff and got right to work and was done within 45 minutes. I trust Precision Overhead Garage Door company because I have used them in the past and they provide quality products and workmanship. Thank you for giving me a sense of peace about my garage door.
