Today we had the pleasure of meeting Chris to service our garage door. Unfortunately, we had a very traumatic morning (personal situation) and he was very sensitive to that. He was very thorough in his job however, he was also very kind and caring; he really treated me as family. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond your job by comforting a family with a devastating loss… as well as fixing our door!

The representatives from Precision Door have been proficient in meeting my needs anywhere from reprogramming my remote to complete installation of a new garage door. Had a power failure last night and the garage door wouldn’t open after power was restored. Called Overhead around 11:30 am the next day and a tech was here by 1:45 pm. Great turnaround time! The programming had to be redone and Mike had it working in less than 30 minutes. Was impressed by how fast he got here and that no additional products were needed. Great company.

We accidentally erased the programming on our garage door opener while setting up the opener in our new car. We called Precision Garage Doors on a Friday evening. I was surprised and very pleased that a technician was scheduled to come out the next morning. Jackson called when he was 20 minutes away and had the system back in shape very quickly. He even re-programmed our remotes with a smile! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision has always treated me fairly. The new motor and drive that replaced my 19 year old system are EXTREMELY Quiet! If I didn’t see it moving I would not know it was working. I had used Precision a couple years ago to fix an annoying cracking noise when opening. They found that the main rod was bent and the spring had weakened over time. They installed new rod and spring which resolved the noise. Fast forward and my motor ground to a halt with the door a foot off the ground. I had to pull to release the door. Precision came as scheduled, !did the repair, and now we are back in business and quieter than ever before. Thank you – Precision is my go-to service.
