We had a short power outage and one of the garage door openers reset. Normally, I could handle this myself but recovering from knee surgery, could not climb the ladder. The Precision Overhead Garage Door field crew came out and in 5 minutes had the garage door working again and refused to take any payment. This was certainly unexpected but demonstrated why I chose them originally to install both garage door openers. Very professional, prompt, and being kind. I was certainly thankful to have the door working again but more impressed by them showing some compassion given my situation. Highly recommended.

Precision door came out in l day to fix my garage door , but gave me the option of same day service if I needed it. Their colleague Alex who can out was very knowledgeable and very respectful, gave options and gave me a choice of options to have done . My garage door is over 20 years old and it needed work. Nothing is cheap anymore and this wasn’t either but it works and sounds like a brand new door . Well worth the money !!! Can’t thank Alex and Precision door company for the great service I received . I will recommend your company to everyone I know .

Precision garage door has been our trusted source for all things related to our garage door. We are never disappointed. Today we had an outdoor keypad installed. Luke was polite, friendly, on time. Knowledgeable about the product and installation. Upon completion he inspected all the working parts and gave some very helpful instructions on lubrication. So very appreciated due to the harsh Florida operating environment. Truly a full service company despite the circumstances in which you call them. The service was fabulous! From reaching a human voice at the other end rather than voice mail, to scheduling a visit within hours of my call, to the arrival of a highly professional technician who had expertise and provided service with a smile.
