Far exceeded expectations, especially given I had an issue on a Sunday! Had this company install a new overhead garage door opening system in May of 2025. Had multiple errors today (closing and opening force), I couldn’t trouble shoot so called for support. Sent out a rep (Josue) who arrived ahead of scheduled time, determined it was a product issue, and replace the entire system right on the spot -(was covered by 3 year warranty). I went into this thinking it would be stressful but was easiest thing I’ve had to deal with. Great service, work, and customer service.

Called on a Sunday. Mike came out immediately to fix the problem . All of this was done under warranty and on a SUNDAY. Great service from Mike McCann and Precision Garage Doors. Very reliable company !!! I would definitely use them exclusively.

Technician (Lucas) was on time and professional. He was thorough in his explanations, walked through the estimate and answered my questions. I will definitely be using their service again.

The technician was punctual and very courteous. There was not much he could do because the system needs to be replaced. I will hire this company for the new install.
