Outstanding service! I installed a new bottom seal on my garage door, but after I installed it the door needed adjustment. I called Precision Garage and they showed up at my house within 2 hours of my call. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. I strongly recommend this company!

called Precision and scheduled an appointment to repair my garage door. The scheduled it within the timeframe I needed was prompt and inform me all the way up to the time Luis Pizarro showed up. Luis did a quick assessment of the problem and informed me how he would perform the repair. My bad luck it was the Genie door opener that was bad. Luis Pizarro gave me a few solutions and a few options on pricing. Once the money option was out of the way Luis went to work and had the job completed professional and very thorough, not only did i have the broken garage door opener replaced i had Luis install a 2nd opener in my other garage, Thank you guys for not only sending a very professional person but also for working with me on pricing. Very professional company. Helpful on the phone, Tyler was very knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional. He talked to us and explained what he was doing. Seniors especially appreciate his kindness. He called to let us know he was on his way and what time he expected to arrive. He was on time. He definitely deserves 5 stars. .

Technician was very professional and amiable. Contacted me to let me know he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and replaced my door opener’s broken spring. Made several additional recommendations, that I will consider for future reference. He was prompt, helpful and met all of my expectations. Good tech. Good company. Highly recommend them.
