John was my service man and he was great! He repaired the door quickly and he was very friendly. Did I mention that he was on time!!! He arrived very promptly and quickly took care of the problem. John has an outstanding personality and a great attitude.

The service technician, Doug, was timely, pleasant and had the expertise to get our garage door working again. He also identified other elements that may need repair in the future and provided an estimate for that work. Based on our experience we would recommend Precision to a friend.

I do believe that basically the service provided to me was a complete rebuild of all my doors moving parts as well as a new opener,keypad and remote. The service technician was most knowlegable and efficient in his assesment, explanation and installment of my repair. I give him 5 stars in repesentation of your company

did a good job. Show up on time. Was professional and explained everything he had to do to rebuild the door. I didn’t expect to have this work done but I feel it will extend the life of my motor and door. Did an excellent job
