We called based on the positive customer reviews. We called for service a little after noon, a prompt, friendly agent listened to our request and let us know immediately when they could get a technician to our home. Edward arrived on time and was very specific in what was needed to repair the door at a reasonable cost – No Suprises. We also received an emailed electronic invoice (perfect for those who keep files electronically)and a follow-up to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

IT WAS SUNDAY MORNING. WENT OUT TO GET THE PAPER. PUSHED THE OVERHEAD DOOR BUTTON. OPENED 6″ THEN CLOSED. TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO LUCK. PULLED RELEASE TO MANUALLY OPEN AND COULD ONLY OPEN IT 2 FT. JUST ABOUT BROKE MY BACK. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND PRECISION. CALLED AND GOT AMY WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE SIAD SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. BEN ELLIOT SHOWED UP A LITTLE AFTER ONE AND FOUND I HAD A BROKEN SPRING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSI0NAL AND DID THE REPAIR IN A SPEEDY MANNER. WORKS FINE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. My installation man was Matt. He is very personable. A real asset to your organization..I was pleasantly surprised at his fast and accurate evaluation of my problem.. (I needed a new unit ) Heck my unit wasn’t that old it was here when I bought the house.!!! Ha. (15 years ago ) again, I will recommend your service to any one needing your help..

I chose Precision because a few years ago I had my main spring replaced by Precision because the other garage door service company could not come out in a reasonable amount of time to do the repair. I also used them to install the bottom gasket which again another service company gave me excuses that they did not have the correct gasket. I decided I needed a new door opener and wanted Precision to do it because of the previous service I had done by them. John was really good at what he does, and not only installed the door opener but checked the condition of the garage door and how it performed and made the necessary adjustments. Good job Precision.
