I specifically requested Craig Earle because he did my servicing back in 2009. His skills, expertise, and overall job knowledge are “off the charts” because he is so good in all aspects of his job, and he took a lot of extra time with me as well explaining everything he did from installing the new Linear motor, to replacing belts, rollers, bearing plates, working my new remotes, etc. I’ve worked in customer service as the Executive Assistant in Hospital Administration for 35+ years now, and Craig’s polite and courteous demeanor, as well as his professional customer service skills are among the best I’ve ever seen. I will most definitely recommend Craig and your company to my friends, neighbors and co-workers! Please be sure Craig receives my sincere thanks to him for a job “more than well done”! I called your office as soon as your tecknition left my drive way. Doug is the MAN!!!!!!! He came out on time and was very professional. In this day and time people are most likely to comeplain and not give thanks to a JOB WELL DONE!!!!!! I would recommend your company to any one. You back what you say. We are very happy with the entire process. I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. to make an appointment for someone to come out and fix our garage door,it would not open. Tom arrived at 9:30 and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Within an hour the garage doors were fixed (rebuilt) and are like new now. He replaced the two large springs, the bearings and all the rollers . He applied the Angie’s list discount and there is also a five year guarantee for any issues that should come up. My garage door broke and I need it replaced today. Doug Naparono our service technician called and asked if he could arrive before our scheduled appointment time. Of course this was very unusual, in most cases the technicians arrive late, this was a first. My main concern with this garage door opener was the noise level when opening and closing the garage door. Well let me tell you, I am impressed this thing is whisper quiet(not kidding). I would highly recommend Precision Doors and I will use them for all of my garage door repair needs. And perhaps the most important thing is Doug Naporano was professional, considerate, and finished on time. Honestly Doug is the guy you want coming to your home if you need repairs or replacements for your garage door.
