Our service today was in response to a previous repair. We had the bottom seal replaced on our door in November & it came loose and part of it shredded & stopped the door from closing. We called about noon today. They said the technician would be at the house between 4 and 6pm. The technician,James, after calling about 20 minutes before, arrived at around 5:00. After examining the system, he explained what we needed and the cost. He installed the new parts, explained the system to us and even help program my car. He was done a little after 7pm. We are very impressed with the service.
