Called and made a same day appointment. The Tech arrived a few minutes early which was fine ! Dallas inspected the entire garage door tracks & rollers (the broken spring was obvious) and found worn shaft bearings and rollers. Gave me an estimate for just spring replacement or upgrade spring or new rollers and bearings. Kind of like a “Good-Better- Best” choice. We went with the total package up-grade springs and rollers. Dallas performed the work quickly and professionally. The door operates much quieter than we can remember. Thanks so much !

Ryan was called out to replace the pair of springs that were broke. Ryan also brought to my attention parts that needed to be replaced. Without a lot of words, those parts were also replaced. Ryan was very nice and did a very good job. In summary the five stars was based on Ryan’s repair job.

My technician Keith was very professional and provided information about the service that had to be done. He suggested a new motor was needed, and advised me of the best option in order for the door to open and close with minimal noise. He explained how the new opener and motor would work best for me.

This time i also happen to have a knowledgable rep in the person of Ed and i hope that is his name. Did a great job, he immediately saw what was needed and left it up to me to decide if i wanted to have the job done. Will use your service in the future when the need arises.
