The technician was very knowledgeable, and fixed the situation on the spot.[8:00P.M.-10:45P.M.] Doug was personable and great at his job. I would ask for him in another situation. James and Scot did an excellent job. Five stars to them They repaired several things. I don’t know if James’ name is Rodey..just have James on my paperwork and I was unable to download my invoice. Not so happy about that. Can you send it another way?

Ryan was a wonderful technician – he explained what he was doing as he inspected the door and he installed a new rubber sealer on the bottom of the door. He made sure it fit all areas and was totally without gaps. The couple of places where the door had gaps were totally sealed by the time Ryan finished. He adjusted my auto opener and replaced the lightbulb. I would totally recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair.

I have needed a new garage door opener for ages and I saw Precision on TV and I hit the website to investigate and I liked the prices. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed a new opener. Ryan walked me through all the various types that were offered and I thought the belt drive was the best since it had a life time warranty. Ryan was very thorough and he explained everything that he was doing while I was watching him install. He said it would take an hour and he even finished before that. I recommend Precision

I scheduled my appointment on their web page and it said someone would call within the hour and they did. Technician was professional and explained all of my options for repairs and or replacement without any sales pressure. He performed the work that I requested timely.

Calling Precision in regards to my garage door needing service was the BEST choice ever.The technicians ( Carlos and Francisco)were very knowledgeable and professional regarding what service is needed.Their work was clean, quick and they explained maintenance in an easy user friendly manner. This company is very trustworthy and reliable.
