We called at noon and it was repaired by 4. The technician, Orian, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had the parts in his vehicle to make the repair immediately. From the call to request service to the repair, we find Precision to be our go to garage door servicer. We highly recommend them.

I bought my garage door and opener at different times. the service and the products are excellent. I called late afternoon yesterday because a lightning strike struck close to my house and killed my power for a few seconds but enough to disable my garage opener. Brent was here shortly after 8:00 this morning to reset it.

Great service! Doesn’t overcharge or try to oversell. Discounts for military and seniors. My tech Mike Beckum came in the rain and installed my garage opener. A true professional. Before leaving he gave me suggestions for maintenance for the garage door. Great company we definitely recommend.
