My son Jared referred precision, garage door opener. That’s what he uses up in Virginia and I’m on his plan so I can open close his garage door when I go up to visit so I got the same unit he has so he when he comes out he can use our garage door. Alex was the installer. He was very polite. He told me exactly what needed to be done how much it was gonna cost and I would be happy to do business with them again thank y’all very much. I really appreciate the service I received today from Precision Garage Door. The online scheduler was easy to use. The technician showed up on time. He was professional and helpful. I appreciated the time he took to show me other potential problems with my door, but there was no pressure to buy. He gave me details on my options, with transparent and fair pricing. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I’ll reach out again the next time I need garage door assistance.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. Our technician, Cameron, showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. My opener was over 12 years old and going crazy. He gave me all the options of repairing it or replacing it and was done within the hour. There was a small snafu with the opener, but as soon as I mentioned it he came back that same day to change it out with a new one. He programmed all of the remotes in our cars and outside. Wonderful job and I highly recommend.

Garage spring broke on a Sunday afternoon. The tech had it fixed before 6pm. Tech was great and had both springs replaced within 30 minutes.
