Just a quick adjustment under warranty to correct a noise issue with the new opener. The technician who installed the opener recently, James Rodey, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The service provided today by Master Service Technician John T. was outstanding. We needed new springs and a new garage door opener installed. John and his partner arrived early, sat down with me and explained the issue, and provided me with options in fixing the problem. Not only did John provide great and efficient service, he also had superior customer service which is hard to come by these days.
