I’m very please to say Precision Door is a company stands behind the products they sell and install. My door opener motor failed within the warranty period and they came out on a Saturday and replaced my entire original door opener system with a new “Linear” drive system…everything: motor, belt drive, sensors, key pads………no questions asked! It’s the quietest and smoothest operating door system I’ve ever heard. Sean, the service technician, not only installed and adjusted the system hardware, he took the time to program fully explain the function and operating controls of the new door system. To say I’m extremely pleased with the response time and service, would be an understatement! Thanks Precision Door…..you earned an A++ in my book!

As is always the case, our garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I doubted that I would be able to get a company to repair it over the weekend but I called Precision thinking it would be Monday. They were extremely courteous in answering late on a Friday and setup repair service for Saturday late morning. The technician, Doug Naporano, arrived when promised, assessed the damage and also made two other recommendations which were sensible. Doug performed the repairs in a very thorough and unhurried manner and then made certain to have me verify with him that it was working as we desired.
