Very impressed with the quality of the work done and with the professionalism of the technicians (Carlos and Zack) that fixed our garage door. They did a great job, were very cordial and went the extra step to provide a great service and to explain to us what was done, how to operate the system installed, etc. Also, we are impressed with the speed with which our needs were taken care for. I used my Home Warranty for a garage door problem and was contracted with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, specifically the technician Mike Wallace. He was very timely,courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about my specific problem. Unfortunately, I had minor further problems which where promptly fixed within days. I highly recommend this company and most definitely, Mike Wallace himself!

Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it……..got a new opener and new springs. Jim Rodey (technician) was very professional and did a great job, very pleased with the service.
