We had good service on another home of ours and decided to call again. Francisco Soto was teh technician. He provided excellent service. Let us know what the condition of the doors and operating system were and suggested potential repairs and potential long term maintenance items that would need to be monitored. The appointment was for regular maintenance of a door that was installed by Precision a little over a year ago. The technician, Mike, arrived in a timely fashion. Some minor adjustments and lubrication brought an obvious improvement in performance (noise, speed of opening). Appreciate the service.

Great service! I needed my garage door replaced and called them on Friday. They sent an estimator (Frank) out on Monday. He was very pleasant and explained all of my options/costs. On Thursday the installer (Ross) came out to replace my door. Ross was great and a very hard worker. He went well beyond what I expected. He shored up the trim around my door with bolts, moved my existing torsion bar/spring, installed all new railing and new door. He reconnected my existing garage door opener also. Everything works great and the new door is much more solid than my old one.The company and techs kept me advised as to when to expect them. I would definitely recommend this company!!! Satisfied customer.

Door opener and changed pullies and cable

Called on Thursday and they came the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and showed me the pieces that were broken or worn down. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We must have had a power surge so I had to have several things done. All good now. Needed new bearings, springs, sensor eyes, circuit board, bought a surge protector this time.
