Service provider did good job explaining what wrong. Suggested some possibly preventative maintenance we can keep up with. Replaced part that was ‘fried’ from lightning strike near home.

I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie’s List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!
