Precision installed the garage door and I wanted it checked before the peak of hurricane season. The technician suggested a battery back up which we had installed. I am under 5′ in height and it is difficult to raise the door manually.

When my garage door would not open after a power outage, I was impressed that Doug came the same day and the problem was easily remedied. This week it failed to open again and when Doug came, we determined it was best to replace the opener and door at this time. My work is scheduled for next Tuesday, thank you. I felt his advice was in my best interests.
