I chose Precision since I have seen a great deal of advertising regarding the company, and was even more certain when I received a confirmation e-mail regarding the appointment. It gave me the technician’s name, photo, and a brief bio. Since the e-mail showed the photos of all of your technicians, I thought this was a very excellent way of Precision letting their customers know who is coming to their home. Your technician, Ben Elliott, was great. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. He had to install a new motor and rollers, and we discussed the possibility of a new garage door being installed. However, that is something that has to be approved by the Homeowners’ Association, so I will send in the necessary paperwork. If that is approved, I would definitely want Ben to come and do the work. He is a true professional, and I would give him a 5 star rating.
