Although it took over a week to complete the job order, Doug was able to locate the root of the problem and had to place an order for the part, which was not in stock. Doug was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He kept apologizing for the delay in completing the work.

Carlos did a great job! He and the other gentleman that was with him helping were very professional, kind, courteous, and completed the job in a timely fashion. We had no idea that our garage was so “loud” until after they installed the new opener. It is so quiet, you cannot hear it going up and / or down. We are amazed! Mr. Rapp , You should be very proud of your technican Zack Rago and his supervisor Eric Taylor , they did more then I expected with the total repair of my garage door. It now runs very smoothly and is much quieter then before then rebuilt it. They both represented your company in a professional, caring and friendly manor. I had a new garage door opener, new springs and several other items installed. Zach Rago was the service technician. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain all our options. Extremely pleased with the service. 5 star all the way. As it was on the original install 10 years ago.
