I experienced a sincere, honest, secure, open service person, who explained my options for either looking for a quote at last resort for their team for new double wide garage door with them or fixing the one I had. We decided to repair the 20 yr. old one I had been using as it was electrically intact. Also, I just retired and my wife was pushed out of here job at a hospital. My garage door door was self destructing due to age and another companies poor job-(what they did to the components, and its quick deteriation, and present condition was evidence). Immediate fix right then, took a while, with continued and great efforts in exhausting heat and humidity. Great worker and expert on these products. Super professional, ethical, sincere, and responsible man. I would use this company and that gentleman any day on any day for any work to do on my doors or property! Prompt!!! Went to their Web Wednesday evening, phone call by 10am Thursday. Technician out by 11:30am Thursday. gave me 2 choices to repair door and replace opener or replace door and replace opener. Repaired the door and replaced opener done by 2pm Thursday. Great service..
