Also, placed a follow-up call to Jim Rapp’s number regarding the warranty I selected 3 years ago; 7 year parts/labor and 10 year motor/belt. Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding “tired” and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Keith did an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener. Using the yellow pages , I found Precision”s ad and called them. Within an hour , Keith was knocking on my door. He gave me an estimate, fixed the opener, and was gone in an hour. Even though he was working in a very hot garage,Keith was very pleasant and efficient. Awesome job!
