I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.

He even helped with my electric plug.

He did not try to oversell parts or service, but did an amazing job on the repair. He suggested things to do on a preventative measure and things that needed to be done to get the door working again. He was very accommodating and professional.
