I have seen your vehicles in my development. A couple of weeks ago my garage door wouldn’t open so I called your company. Our technician Ben Elliot showed up promptly during the rainstorm, he figured out what was wrong , and before you knew it we have two new “super quiet” belt driven garage door openers, a new spring, and a key pad. Ben had everything he needed right on his truck, he was friendly and professional. We will be sure to recommend your company and Ben to every one we know, thank you again for such great service.

John Tsangarinos showed up promptly, examined the garage door assembly, explained the problem in layman’s terms, outlined the options and costs and completed the repairs along with a more powerful garage door opener to replace our older, less efficient defective opener. The repair was done on site for an acceptable cost and we were extremely satisfied with the result.

My garage door was showing signs of getting ready to malfunction. I called Precision and they were at my home within 3 hours. I said I could not afford a tremendous amount of repair. The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door’s needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I’m confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.

Tech Michael Boyle arrived at our house on Saturday night at 9:10 pm. He did a wonderful job and the overhead door has never worked better. He went the extra mile, took his time and explained everything one needs to know. He is the reflection of a well run company. Precision was not recommended to me. I took a chance and am glad I did. I will certainly call them again if need be.
