I don’t normally write reviews, but recently we had call to use your company and was very pleased. One of or rentals in Polk County was hit by lightning over the weekend. I’d recently had 2 surgeries and was trying to coordinate getting things done for the tenant. The service at Precision was expedient, professional and knowledgeable. They had a tech, Zach, out to the property that afternoon and after an assessment of opener. Zach was able to advise me as to what we had, the advantages and disadvantages of different models and costs involved. He also recommended a single surge protector for unit as a small help in prevention going forward. His service was professional, helpful and expedient and it was a pleasure doing business with Precision.
