Jimmy Johnson deserves a five star rating. He was prompt as well as early, was knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of our options to resolve our problem. His truck was fully equipped to complete an efficient and satisfactory end to the burned out door opener as well as repair the rollers on the garage door which could have caused the overload. Before leaving, he also reprogramed the opener responder in out car. We have had a good experience with Precision Garage Doors thanks to Jimmy Johnson. Please give him a big raise!
