Techs were very knowledgable, gave a number of options for repairs, had all necessary parts on truck to fix garage door and did so in a timely manner. A month later, the sensor wire got caught and the door became inoperable – Precision sent a tech out who rewired the door at no charge. Thank you!

All around exceptional service levels from the receptionist all the way thru the technician, Craig Earle. We recently purchased our home and had difficulty resetting and programming the openers and cars. Craig came out, explained our system and quickly solved the problem.
