We used a neighbor’s experience with Precision when we needed to call for our repair of the touch pad. Mathew Leto came out on time and examined the whole garage door system and found many items that needed repair. We were unaware of all these problems as we have never had the door examined in 10 plus years. He scheduled another appointment time(our schedule) to come and fix everything. This is a triple A 1 business. I am extremely impressed with the expertise of the technician (Jim A Johnston) who came (on a holiday) to replace my garage door opener. Unfortunately my opener was destroyed by lightning during a terrific thunderstorm. He did an outstanding job and was very professional. He is the kind of gentleman a company should be very proud to have representing them.

At an unfortunate time the spring on our garage door snapped. We had used your service before and were satisfied with it. So my husband called you once more. Your service tech, Jimmy Johnson came to our home at the appointed time , introduced himself and immediately diagnosed our problem, He then proceeded to make the necessary repair and completed it in record time. Hi, I had Zach Rago here on Sat, of Labor Day weekend! He was here ahead of schedule, and explained why my door was making racket after I had the house painted. It turned out to be just paint, making the door stick. While he was here I had him do some extra things, and he was fast, professional, and very nice! I appreciate the good work and explanations! We chose Precision based upon the customer reviews we found on Angies List. Our main garage door opener stopped functioning suddenly and was making very loud noises. Frank Soto arrived later the same day to assess the problem. He was able to determine that the old spring on the door was not holding up the door properly causing the motor to have to strain to deal with the weight which eventually caused it to fail. We were offered the option to simply fix the parts that were broken but as the opener was already 12 years old we elected to replace the opener along with new springs, cables etc. for the door. We also had him check out our other door which only gets infrequent use. That door was unbalanced so we had him replace that spring and main bearing as well but elected to keep the current opener for now. We felt very confident that Frank’s assessment and plan for our doors was the best option. He was unfailingly courteous and informative.
