Technician was professional and courtious.

Door originally installed less than a year ago by Precision so when I called to explain the problem (wouldn’t shut all the way and stuck), was very pleased to know they would be out within 2 hours. Mike was on time, fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Very courteous and efficient.

It was also impressive to me that I called on a Saturday evening, knowing I was going out of town the next day, and finding out I could actually have the door repaired that same day. My repair technician was Keith Anderson. Keith was prompt, courteous, very helpful in explaining my options, letting me know what needed to be done and why, then giving me the cost breakdown. Dallas came to house and did a great job at repairing my door. The springs and everything were rusted pretty bad and he could have easily walked away. An hour and a half later, one fixed door and one more thing off the wife grumble list!! 🙂
