Excellent reviews and bio about technicians made it more personable. Both Carlos and Scott were superb!!! I’ve traveled the world as a Military officer for over 20 plus years and I can say without a doubt that this has been the most professional, quicker and knowledgeable technicians that I have seen firsthand! Mike Wallace was right on time and spent hours making sure we were taken care of before leaving (which was well after dark). His professionalism, positive demeanor and work ethic is exceptional. There is no other place I would call other than Precision for any future issue and will certainly refer them to friends and family.

Precision Door seemed to be a large company, which usually indicates a history of reliable service. My only complaint was that the outside keypad that you installed is not working reliably. Will call when I have a chance.
