We have always had a very good experience with Precision. Our garage door opener was fried by lightning. I called on a Sunday. They came right out. Our tech was amazing. He installed the new device and was very patient with explaining, demonstrating and watching us use it to make sure we were satisfied.

This was an impressive operation start to finish. There were 2 challenges, MSFH and a classic car in the garage that can’t be moved at present. The entire team handled both with ease and confidence. Your company participates with the MSFH program and while other companies didn’t want anything to do with the classic car, you looked at it as an opportunity to excel. The “A” team needs to be recognized; Jordan made me feel comfortable and at ease with the project to start, Justin led operations with itemizing the entire estimate, Jeff led installation with multiple phone calls, text messages and pictures to ensure safety and success, finally the 2 stars of the performance were Corbin and Hunter. These 2 guys were as invested in the successful outcome as I was. God orchestrated start to finish and sent 2 guardian angels, I am truly blessed and thankful to all!!

This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions. No surprise here why Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor and why I feel they are number one, at least in my book! Thank you to all.

Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.

My technician was awesome. He explained in detail what needed to be done and the price of each step. Very impressed with his performance as well as his personality and kindness. My garage door spring is about to go and the tension is not as strong as it should be so my garage door jerks when opening a closed door, called and they were out the same day and adjusted the closing, they left after explaining what is needed, they sent me an email with a list of what they would replace and price so I can think it over. Probably will have it done a little later and the service man was kind and accommodating.
