Precision has been the only company I have used for the initial garage door and all repairs. They are so quick to come out when needed, and you don’t have to wait days for parts because everything is in the truck to finish the job. The best part is everyone is so nice to work with.

Our experience with this company was great from the scheduling of the quote for the job to the scheduling of the installation very professional. Ricky gave us an awesome quote and was patient with us to give us time to select what we wanted. Grant and his crew did an excellent job installing they were very respectful to my husband and I and our property and very clean. They answered any questions we had.

Our garage door was no longer opening or cloing correctly and that is why we contacted Precision Garage Door, now this happend on Sunday and they called us back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They called Monday to confirm and were there exactly when they said. They looked over our door and agreed with my husband that our door was okay but everything else neede to be replaced, the ytried to get a part for our Genie, but turns out it was made in 2003 when our villa was built and they no longer made any parts for hat year. The representative who came out was more than helpful, very professional and courteous. Explaining everyhting to my husband, our garage door now opens and closes like a dream and is so quiet!!! We will definitley recommend your company to our neighbors and friends here at Heritage Pines.

I had used your company in the past when I had an issue with the garage door. That work was excellent, so when I had a new issue occur I immediately set up an appointment. Colton was polite, knowledgeable, and he was quick to get me an estimate and to complete the job in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Precision again.
