On 1/6/17 Tim came to repair the garage door. He was patient with me, very pleasant and polite, he came with all the tools needed, explained thoroughly what my options were and skillfully performed his work. I was very pleased. The door works fine and is extremely quiet. Definitely a 5-star performance.

Knowledgeable service tech who was upfront about costs and different techniques advantages. Was there for 10 minutes looking at an issue he couldn’t ultimately help with, so no charge for the visit/ his time even. Very nice surprise when most companies look to good gouge you.

Matt Cipolla worked hard and did a great job for us. He was also very polite, patient, and helped us think things through. We had a hung door and the initial assessment was that he might need to break the cables and spring to release the door, but after analyzing it further, he bought some extra equipment, followed a hunch and freed our door without cutting out breaking anything
