Ever since the main springs were replaced the door has been “stiff” on its left side, but after I painted the door it got worse. Your man came out awhile back and told me to lube the flaps that seal the door shut and that helped, but not enough apparently. Bryan replaced the broken cable and installed new winding rollers and cables, then lubed all the closure flaps, door joints, and roller wheels. He showed me how to do that. I have begun scraping the dried paint from the flaps on the sides and top of the door and respraying them. I will get most of the paint off the flaps and keep them lubed; I also will pay attention to the roller joints in the doors and wheels as well. If I need additional service, I will request Bryan again, he is a good maintenance instructor. Tell him thanks for me for getting our garage FOC again. Jay
