    Garage door broke on a Thursday night. Called Precision first thing Friday morning. Less than 2 hours later a representative was here. Matt diagnosed the problem, the spring system, and had it fixed in no time at all. He had all the parts needed on his truck. Matt gave me 2 options and explained benefits of both. Drums had to be replaced to. Very good customer service!

    Appointment time better then expected. Repair man was professional and clean removing and disposing all old materialI also like the fact that the repair cost was able to be split into 3 payments. Being on social security was a big help to the budget

    Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. Brent was at my house less than an hour after I made the phone call. Within 1 hour he gave me the estimate and was done installing the new springs and all new hardware. My garage door looks and sounds like brand-new, thank you so much 🙂
