Precision had installed our Garage Door some years ago. We just needed a remote opener and the tech, Chris Pinnegar, was excellent. Courteous, friendly, and very prompt.

Called Friday night and they were there first thing Saturday morning. Jose was the tech who installed my garage door opener and he was very professional and efficient. Only took him about an hour. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Yes 5 Stars After doing my research I decided to call Precision. I knew what time and who was coming to my house. John Pappas was my certified technician. He did an inspection and went over all my options. He was professional and courteous.Gave me time to discuss the options with my family.The decision was to get the Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. What a difference from the old style. Couldn’t be move pleased with the technician, the service and the product. Excellent Job!

This was back in February so am so late. Kevin Barton was wonderful. No matter what he was asked he nailed all questions. Company that I used to work we would ask our customers if we were a 10 in our service Kevin was and beyond. Hus smile and personality was Magical. I believe Justin install our garage door and new opener and he is also a 10. My experience with Precision was outstanding. Thanks

Carlos Morales was my tech and called to say he could come earlier than my original time. I only called for service this morning! My opener system is over 30 years old, the door was replaced about 15 years ago. Last night a cable and spring broke while opening the door. Carlos fully explained repair and replacement options. Although I wasn’t in the market for a new opener, it made sense to replace the opener, rail, cables, springs, bearings and rollers. Carlos and Jordan completed the install in less than 2 hours and fully explained how the new system worked. I am very pleased with how quickly Precision was able to respond and Carlos is an excellent representative of your company!
