I had a problem with the old garage door opener, I looked us service activities on the internet and selected Precision because you could respond right away. Chris Carelas was the technician who responded and he was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Chris was quick in his work, kept everything neat and orderly and in no time the new opener was installed and operational. Chris even took time to program the openers in our two cars. I would rate this a five star service, with an excellent service technician, who is well spoken, and looks professional. Well done Chris and Precision.

1, because there is no “0” as a choice! We have a warranty and they said that we can’t get our door fixed because of “misuse”. The door is not balanced and now is our fault that is broken. It’s being working perfectly since we moved on October. Then, when we called to have our questions answered, the customer services representative hang up on me. My wife called and the representative spoke over her, was rude and very mean. Wanted to speak with a manager and after few tries,y wife got in touch with one, to just tell her that they will address the customer service representative with “coaching”. And “sorry” we can’t fix your door unless you pay for balancing, all the parts and services out of your pocket because your warranty doesn’t cover “it”. More than $600.00. Really!!!! No, no and no. That is not right. Fraud!

Christian Walker was excellent. Fixed the problem and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and received same day service within 30 minutes. Keith was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional — in about 90 minutes my new opener was installed and operating. Precision has set a very high standard of excellence in customer care that other skilled trades companies would do well to match . Great Work !!!
