They came out within the same day that I called and took about 15 minutes to repair the garage door. The technician was super helpful and did not try push any sales on me or anything but did provide a quote for new garage doors if we ever wanted to replace. Very helpful!

Have seen the Precision TV ad many times, so when I needed service I called, The phone was answered with a real person who was personable and courteous. I received service the same day, the service man was knowledgeable, courteous and impressive. There were no surprises, he explained all the services and costs. After the work was done, he explained what was actually done. I would definitely call Precision again and would give wholeheartedly references.

very friendly, was early, pleased with the cost for the repairs. I had another company come out and they wanted to replace the entire garage door. That was way too expensive for me. I was happy when they said he could fix it and it was done in 1 hr and most important I could afford it.

The service was perfect. You can tell that the true professional was doing the job. The company Technician Frank Kenyon was extremely polite, cautious and efficient. It was a pleasure to know that high integrity and excellence in service still exists our days 🙂

Called because I could not find Torsion Springs at any store. They came out to my home that evening at no charge. I was given choices of repairs and upgrades. Technician was friendly and helpful. He was done in less than 2 hours. Thank you Pricision Door Service!

5 stars when you replaced our garage door at our home in Clearwater, and also at our home in Tampa. You all are real pros. Anytime anyone asks me about Garage doors, I always say Precision and give them your phone number from my phone.

I called for same day service. Technician was here in a very reasonable time. Did not take him very long to discover the problem and only about 20 minutes to repair. Excellent service. Would definitely use again and Recommend to All.
