The technician showed up the same day, right on time. Got to work immediately, and was finished in about an hour. Respectful, and honest. My only complaint is the price was more than double the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone.

Your costumer service is the best in the industry; from the person who answers the phone to the technician that comes to the home. You are always available and arrive on a timely manner in the moment we need your help the most. Craig Earle our technician today gave us a clear explanation of the items failing in our door and proposed a few options to fix the problem with pricing for us to make a decision. Once we selected the option that worked the best for our budget and safety he went ahead and repaired our door, installed a new motor, replaced the springs and all of it with a great attitude bearing our summer heat. That is great costumer service and caring for your clients. I recommend your company to all my clients as a Real Estate agent and Designer.

We’re very impressed with Precision Overhead Door – I called Precision on Sunday not sure if anyone would answer and to my surprise someone did – the receptionist was polite and professional and told me she would have a service tech call me when he’s on the way – 10 minutes later Brent called and within 30 minutes arrived at my house – he diagnosed my 18 year old opener and made recommendations to repair it – I opted to replace it instead and Brent installed a new belt drive opener in about an hour – he was totally professional from start to finish – I can’t believe how quiet my new opener is – the motor is virtually silent and you can only here the roller wheels when the door opens and closes – my wife and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision overhead door … Thank you Brent

Prompt service was appreciated and the efficiency of determining the problem and then fixing it was important, though I wasn’t expecting to have to get a whole new unit. My old one had been there since 1992 so I guess it did a good job for a long time. Your technician was very pleasant and took time to explain the workings of the new unit.
