Joe was great. Knows his stuff. Lets you know what might be best for the door, but doesn’t try to push you into the decision. You have to respond in the positive when he handles things like that. Could not show that on the last item in this review because the list did not include or allude to what was installed.

I called to have our door looked at because it was making a lot of crackling/snapping sounds. Tech arrived and took a look at the door. He said it looks in excellent condition. I had informed him that 2 months ago the door was painted and the noise started immediately after the painters had gone. He assessed that the paint was sticking together between the panels and thus caused the noise every time it opened and closed. Will have to get the painters to come back and somehow remove the paint that got between the panels. Thanks Precision Door for your input.
